It will be three hours of non-stop praise on Sunday, February 27, when the youth fellowship of Christ Apostolic Church, Victory Land Assembly, Ikeja GRA, holds the next edition of Place of Worship (POW).
This praise and worship evening commencing at 4 pm is themed ‘The All-knowing God: Psalm 139:4’. It will feature three music ministers, the outstanding Muyiwa Akerefolu, better known as Psalm 100, Tope Folarin and Blessing Ajanaku.
The trio will lead guests in worship at the event, the first of 2022.
Speaking on the event, the youth fellowship coordinator, Sheye Omiwole, disclosed that Place of Worship (POW) is a five-year-old program to praise God, raise true worshippers, and develop talents.
“This event started in November 2017 as a music event of the Christ Apostolic Church Victoryland GRA Ikeja, Youth Week in 2017. We got a lead from here for an altar of praise unto God, amid His people, and we yielded with the presentation of Place of Worship as a quarterly event.
“The objectives of this meeting are to raise an altar of worship unto God, raise true worshipers and raise world-renowned worship leaders for God,” he said.
Omiwole added the theme “portrays God as the author of light and He shall illuminate our lives and displace every manifestation of darkness.”
